- BIBrit IttenMay 16, 20261.0Horrible service. I went for an alignment, paid $160 and they didn’t do the rear because he said the bolts were seized. I brought it to my mechanic and he said the struts were leaking and they shouldn’t have even done the alignment on the front before telling me. Unfortunately my mechanic was too busy to do the rear tow link bolts.. so I changed the struts and went back to realign, since I already paid for a full alignment. I told her when I dropped off the keys and car if they can get it off with only breaking the bolt that’s fine I’ll pay for the bolt. If not don’t do it. The bolt broke. He came back and said the link and arm broke as well. He said it would cost about $150-$200 before I left the car there. I was then priced $220 and left the car because they said he has to take his lunch and he’ll be awhile. I came back to get my car and he gave me a totally different number $300 something. They charged me $180/hr for labour but told me it took two guys 4 hours to change my tow link bolt and arm.. I ended up paying $273 not impressed at all.. they acted like they never told me $220 as if I pulled the number out of the air.
