  No one has ever changed the filter inside the glove box. I didn't even know it was there. This representative changed it and showed me the leaves and dirt in it!

  Good customer service but I just wasn’t expecting to spend almost 300cad for an oil and filter change.

  I saw factual evidence of the employees expertise! I had taken my business to a competitor who had tried to pull the wool over my eyes to hide that business’s ability to fulfill the fact that they didn’t have an oil filter for my vehicle and they showed me a situation that showed a filter from another vehicle and claimed that the filter installed in my car was incorrectly installed by The Great Canadian Oil Change. I took this photo back to the TGCOC and they showed me that this process was false (see photos below).

  From the person who worked on our vehicle, Jackson, to the manager, Ed.....by far the best experience we have EVER had regarding our vehicle, or anything else for that matter. They are the best . They do their best to make their customers happy and that isn't always the case today.........Friendly, professional and knowledgable ........Highly recommend this company to all in the Thunder Bay area!!!! Visit them the last Friday before Canada Day to get a special deal on an oil change !!!!!!

  The man helping me was named Karan. He suggested a cabin air filter change. I agreed. Upon looking.... it was filled with berries. My fault, I park under a tree that produces these! He made sure to clean out every single one to make sure it wouldn't have a rattle and then have to go to a garage to investigate! He was prompt, professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right.
