  My wife and I rent from this Enterprise location often. Dylan and Devika are amazing to work with — the best Enterprise employees I’ve ever dealt with. Dempsey, on the other hand, comes across as standoffish and rude and is not very pleasant to deal with. If you go to this Enterprise, try to work with Dylan or Devika. They’ll help you the best they can. Would have been 5 stars but there's room for improvement

  Deposit required for a rental car is more than the 4 day rental. Never have I had that before. They gave away my rental as I had a flight delay and never received a call. They said they left a voice mail but there is no voice mail on my phone.

  Left a review 4 weeks ago. Had a incident with a rental at Enterprise. Some bonehead threw something at the windshield and cracked it. Enterprise and my insurance had said it was a $700. deductible for the windshield. That was a lie. I just got a bill for $444.74 in the mail. I was told at the time that there would be no more charge's applied after the $700. deductible, but they still sent the bill. My insurance will not get involved even though I have glass coverage. Enterprise, you are the worse company anyone could go to. If you would like to resolve this Email me. You have my Email address. Make good on your word. To those that are reading this, make sure you have everything in writing so this company can't steal your money, or time. Make good on your word Enterprise car rentals.

  Very poor. No communication. Booked over a week in advance, 8am booking. The evening before pick up I was told there will be no car available till late afternoon, so I was sent to the one on Arthur St for a vehicle. Waited over an hour for them to drive me home. Had to wait till the afternoon for a pick up to go back to the lot on Arthur St to get a vehicle. Lost a full day's pay for there incompetents. Why book if Enterprise doesn't care. Enterprise do better. I am going to Budget rentals when I can. My insurance said I had to go to Enterprise rentals.
