  I had a pleasure of renting a car through enterprise last week and it was great experience with you guys especially Keval and Ashutosh. Their customer service was excellent. I will rate them 10/10

  We rented a car that was supposed to be full size and we had rented it for our trip at 830am. We were disappointed that the car was not ready for us at the time we had rented it for then they told us it be ready for 1130 which then the time came and gone again which we then finally went at 230pm and they had a car "ready" for us which wasnt what we wanted and was dirty inside. We obviously had no option at this point but as per policy they were supposed to "upgrade" us which we were downgraded to a mid size and did not even receive a discount for the inconvenience we received. Over all we do like using this enterprise for the fact the staff is friendly, it is convient and they are the best out of all the rental companies in the city but this was one of the let downs. We do give them some grace as we know they are probaly short on vehicles do to all the evacuated families in the city at the moment and if they had maybe said that maybe we could of understood but they didnt. But again we had this booked for weeks, doesn't excuse the condition of the car, the poor communication waiting for the car and the lack of accountability. At the end of the day we will still rent from them again they still happen to be our favorite.
