Note: If you are using a debit card you need to bring along all kind of references re; address, job, etc. Also don't rely on info from main number - make sure you speak to an agent at the branch for any specific questions.

I rushed over to this branch in a panic, and thank goodness I met Rasika. Rasika was incredibly helpful and immediately solved the problem for me. She even took the time to show me the car in person. The whole process became so smooth and hassle-free thanks to her efficiency. Throughout the entire time, Rasika was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I am so grateful for her excellent service! Highly recommended! Thank you Rasika!

When I arrived, there were two staff members present with no clients, yet the phone line was still busy. I also wish there had been more flexibility in providing rides to customers. My workplace was only 4 kilometers away—less than a 5-minute drive—but I was told transportation was not available, which forced me to take an Uber. Additionally, it would have been very helpful to have an after-hours key drop-off option. That would have saved me the cost and inconvenience of taking another Uber the following day just to return the keys.
