After my car was recently stolen, they really took care of my rental car needs and gave me all the info I needed to make sound decisions pertaining to the rental. I am so happy with the service I received during this very stressful time. The staff were very honest, helpful, and caring. I will definitely visit these guys again for my future rental car needs following the exceptional service I received at this location! Thanks guys you’re all awesome!!!

I rented a vehicle through the dealership and returned it the very next day in the same condition as I received it, with no damage at all. Several days later, I received a call from Enterprise claiming the vehicle had been delivered later with a broken windshield and now they want me to pay for it. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Once I returned the car properly, I should not be held responsible for any damage that happened afterward. There should have been a proper inspection at the time of return. I feel very frustrated and disappointed by how this matter is being handled. I would strongly advise others to be very careful, document everything with photos/videos, and make sure there is written proof when returning a rental vehicle.
