  They are very kind and professional. They worked hard to complete the repairs quickly because I didn’t have rental car coverage through my insurance. My car had significant damage to the front end, but the repairs were completed in only a couple of weeks. The finish looks beautiful. Thank you so much for considering my situation and making every effort to get my car repaired as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your hard work and outstanding service.

  I had a great experience with this body shop. The repair process was completed quickly, and the team was transparent and professional from start to finish. They kept me updated regularly through text messages, so I always knew the status of my vehicle and what to expect next. The quality of the repair was excellent, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. As a nice bonus, they also cleaned the interior of my car before returning it. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their efficiency, communication, and customer service.

  Brendan & the team at Assured Automotive Thornhill really knocked it out of the park for me. They wen above and beyond to do an excellent repair under a very short time frame - even when we had curve... rocks... thrown in our path! Communication was excellent and the quality of the work the same.

  Did great work for me and slightly under estimate. Pretty cool that they were honest with me about that difference instead of pocketing it. The repair job was very well done and the communication throughout the process was clear and timely.
