Renter beware. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR CREDIT CARD. I rented a vehicle, used my card. They kept it on file and used it UNAUTHORIZED on another unrelated account. I’ve been fighting two separate charges on my card now for months. Upon calling the location the customer service rep said “just deal with it through the credit card company” and fully admitted they do not always ensure they have matching card names for rentals on licenses and credit cards. Basically they don’t care and you’re left to fight charges on your credit card for someone else’s rental.

Huge shoutout to the Kingsway Truck Enterprise team! Picked up a Ford F 150 for my trip and had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, zero hassle, and a super clean vehicle. Thanks for the top-notch customer service—I'll be back! 🚗💨 Outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days, but your team made this trip stress-free. I will certainly be choosing Enterprise for my future rental needs and recommending this location to friends and family.

Terrible experience on returning my rental. I brought it back with more gas than needed and 2 hours early. I grabbed whatever garbage was in it to throw into the garbage can. No garbage can outside or inside where customers can get too. The only garbage can I saw was to the side of the counter and towards the back. So I walked over and put my garbage in the can. When I came back to the front of the counter the manager.....a woman on a power trip started to yell at me for being back there and tried to accuse me of trying to steal a vehicle. Well.....I didn't take that lightly. I left the building to avoid confrontation. Then I was asked to go back in to get my refund on my card. I said no that I didn't want to go in just to avoid any further issues. I was told going on was the only way to get my refund. I said it won't turn out good. It didn't. The manager started with me right away and kicked me out of the store and did not give me my refund. She said it will come in the mail. There was also no sign stating that customers were not allowed past a certain area. All that. For trying to put something in the garage can and trying to make there lives a little easier. Sudbury Enterprise on the Kingsway. Female manager... Brown hair... On a power trip.
