Arrangements made for a rental van, commuting in from an hour away, however they called 30 minutes before the pick up time saying they had no vehicle for us. If one was not available, a booking should not have went through. The booking was for 8am and their only solution we wait until 1or 2pm… leaving us without a vehicle.

Very disappointed with my experience. The rental was arranged by Community Living Greater Sudbury, and I was only the driver. The vehicle was returned on September 8, yet Enterprise has repeatedly contacted me demanding payment for the outstanding bill. I was not responsible for arranging or paying for this rental. The issue even caused problems when I tried to pick up my own rental. Enterprise should be contacting the organization that arranged the rental, not the driver.

Great experience with Enterprise! The staff were very kind and let me choose the car I wanted. I chose a 2026 Nissan Rogue, and everything went smoothly. I really loved the car🚗

Great service as always from Manny and his team at Enterprise! Manny is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate how he takes the time to make everything easy, even when there’s a small system issue. Truly thankful for the great service—highly recommend!

South End Enterprise. Very busy, but we were acknowledged by staff and waited our turn. I had the pleasure of having Grace and Manny help me when my turn came. They were knowledgeable, very friendly, answered all my questions. Everything ran smoothly and quickly. Very efficient. Things were explained to us without having to stand and sign things for half an hour. Grace and Manny made it simple and easy. When we returned the car, it was just as simple if not easier. I recommend Enterprise to anyone (especially if you choose the south end office). Over all a really pleasant experience. I was impressed because now a days, customer service, anywhere you go, is lacking and the people are not usually customer oriented or just don’t care. I’d give my experience there this time a 10 out of 10.
