  Busy place with excellent customer service. The location itself can be easy to miss (kind of hidden behind a wall of rock when driving south on Regent St), and it can be busy in the small parking lot. A lot of people book rentals at 8AM, so be prepared to wait a bit as they only have so many staff to get people in their vehicles. The staff that work here are the highlight of this location. They are always really nice, they do their best to get people on the road as soon as possible. I would give them all a shout-out if I knew their names. Manny was the person I checked in with most recently and he was exceptional. He helped me resolve an issue when I returned the car and turned a somewhat stressful situation into an easy problem to solve. Made my day. This is definitely the place to rent vehicles in Sudbury.

  The customer service is absolutely fantastic here. I was greeted immediately both when I picked up and dropped of the car. They explained everything throughly and were very helpful and understanding. Will happily rent from here again.
