    ⭐ 1 Star What an absolutely fantastic first experience. I made a vehicle reservation yesterday, received a confirmation email saying my vehicle was available for pickup, and even got multiple automated emails reminding me to complete check-in details. Silly me—I assumed that a confirmed reservation actually meant the reservation was confirmed. I arrived at 8:30 AM as instructed, only to be told by the employee I spoke with that reservations require at least 24 hours’ notice. When I pointed out that your system had already accepted and confirmed my booking, I was then informed that I should have booked 4–5 days in advance instead. So which is it? 24 hours? 4–5 days? Or are the confirmation emails just decorative and sent out for entertainment purposes? I’m genuinely impressed by the efficiency of a system that can accept a reservation, send confirmation emails, request check-in information, and still somehow have no intention of honoring the reservation. That’s a level of coordination you don’t see every day. The best part is that nobody seemed remotely concerned that I had taken time out of my day and arranged my schedule based on the information your company provided. Apparently, customers are expected to guess which emails are real and which ones should be ignored. This was my first time booking with your company, and it will certainly be memorable. If your goal was to make a terrible first impression, congratulations—you absolutely exceeded expectations. Reservation Number: 2117989244 I have screenshots of the confirmation emails and would genuinely love to hear an explanation for how a “confirmed” reservation somehow isn’t actually confirmed. Update: After this experience, I contacted customer service using the number listed on Enterprise’s website. After reviewing the situation, I was advised that the matter would be escalated to the Area Manager and that I should expect a callback with an update. I am currently waiting to hear back and will update this review accordingly. Hopefully the follow-up process proves to be more reliable than the reservation process.

    From beginning to end of rental, customer service100%!! Scheduled me for a pickup, answered all questions, very helpful and friendly. This was my experience from my 1st call, the driver for pickup, the rental agent, the car inspection agent and the agent next day adding my daughter to driver list, to my earlier then expected drop-off. Everyone I had contact with and all the agents I spoke to, were extremely competent, friendly, patient, p polite and professional!!! This also includes the agents that saw working with other clients, during my in person interactions. What a Very Respectful Team!!
