  The branch manager, and her staff were amazing, making the picking up and return of the van seamless. What a great team she has, so polite, and courteous! Thanks Enterprise, I'll be back!

  The agent (Quinn) that attended to me was very courteous, nice and helped me make a good decision worh my selection. The car was fert clean.so far ive not had a bad experience with enterprise. I highly recommend.

  Had to pick up a rental while my vehicle was repaired. From even the parking lot the staff were warm and welcoming and I was taken almost immediately and paperwork work done efficiently. I was given an almost new car with great directions and was on my way in less than 15 minutes and arrived early to work! During the week rental I got two emails from staff and a lovely phone call from Talia to check in how I was doing and if they could do anything else...very professional, courteous and rates very reasonable. I will return!

  I had a rental for 16 days due to a hit and run on my car. I brought my car to Imperial Collision and was picked up there by an Enterprise employee and brought to their location. I dealt with Sam for the check-in. He explained everything, showed me features on the car and also we did an inspection in and out of the car. Sam pointed out any issues and confirmed these things were included on his inspection report. It was a very fast process. When my car was ready I was able to leave the rental car at the collision centre for them to pick it up. I received a text confirming the car was picked up and that there were no issues. I also received a call from Sam today regarding the good condition I left the car in. I would definitely use their company again if needed.

  Absolutely horrible coordination between the office and the call center. I had recently got into an accident at the time of this review. I initially called and put a down payment 300$ on my credit card to reserve a car. When i went to go pick it up they gave my reservation to somebody else while also getting all of my information wrong. When i asked for a refund they at first refused and then offered a 300$ credit avaliable for 2 years (how generous) after half an hour i "got" my refund but only after 90 days. Fast forward i make new arrangements this time with my insurance company. I call the day before to confirm and same story they gave my car away and the wrong date for pick up was inputted. Horrible service and coordination and i still dont have a car
