This time, I actually needed a rental after an accident. I called yesterday after My car accident, and was talking through their call center. Was relieved to make a booking so quick and looked forward to the simplicity of pick up at 11am the next day. When I arrived, I was told someone will be right with me, but waited fifteen minutes, they had no idea what was going on, and told me their call center makes mistakes.... Was also told with a slight chuckle that they are fully booked. Until Wednesday approaching, today being Friday. Was given a business card and told to call this guy directly. Who looked like he was high to begin with. I understand mix ups, but that's the worst protocol I've ever experienced at a rental place. Why didn't I get a call or email to inform me I wasn't getting a vehicle? Why does their call center take appointments at all? If the location doesn't look at what was booked while they were closed? Why does the Kingsway location give someone a job who clearly doesn't have the skills to work with the public? All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone, for any reason. I also won't be returning myself.
