  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location and, will not be returning. I live nearly an hour away and, due to being quite ill, travelling into town is already difficult for me. I had made a reservation for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. I dropped my vehicle off at the garage and asked them to contact Enterprise to arrange a pickup so I could obtain my rental vehicle. However, I was then informed that my reservation could not be found. We had previously called over the weekend to ask whether it would be possible to pick up a vehicle earlier, and we were advised that an earlier pickup was not available. Based on that conversation, I understood that my original 9:00 a.m. reservation for Wednesday remained confirmed. As a result of the reservation issue, I was unable to proceed with having my vehicle repaired and had to make the long drive home. I was told that I would receive a call back regarding the situation, but by 2:30 p.m. I had still not received a response. Since I was scheduled to pick up a rental at 3:30 p.m., I called at 2:30 to confirm that everything was still arranged. The interaction I had during that call was very disappointing. I felt that I was spoken to in an unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including the use of inappropriate language. My reservation was ultimately cancelled rather than the situation being resolved. I understand that mistakes and miscommunications can happen, but I believe they should be handled with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. Given the circumstances and the significant distance I had travelled, this experience was particularly frustrating. I hope management will take the time to review what happened and address the customer service concerns, as this was not the level of service I expected.
