We were very displeased with this experience because there was a previous renters garbage still in the vehicle, it wasn't very clean otherwise, not dusted or vacuumed either. When we picked up, the lady said it had 88 liters and upon drop off we were told rudely that it had to be full. A full tank on the 2026 ram rebel is 98 liters. So watch out for these kinds of things.

We really appreciate the timely delivery of the rental to the car repair shop. The convenience of them picking up the rental from the car repair shop when it was finished was very helpful as well. Also the friendly understanding when we were unable to get the gas tank open to refill the tank after use. They then waived the 2 L gas refill charge. Thank you Enterprise! We highly recommend them!

From start to finish, my recent rental (one-way, Stratford, ON to Toronto Pearson Airport in Mississauga, ON) was a great experience. The gentleman I dealt with for pick up in Stratford was patient, clear, professional but friendly, helpful, and generally provided excellent customer service. The fellow I dealt with at the drop off was equally efficient, very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Both of them were great, and I am not someone who just says that.(I generally don’t bother with reviews when something isn’t great.) The price was a little higher than I had expected/hoped, but it does seem to be in line with other companies or cheaper.
