  From start to finish, my recent rental (one-way, Stratford, ON to Toronto Pearson Airport in Mississauga, ON) was a great experience. The gentleman I dealt with for pick up in Stratford was patient, clear, professional but friendly, helpful, and generally provided excellent customer service. The fellow I dealt with at the drop off was equally efficient, very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Both of them were great, and I am not someone who just says that.(I generally don’t bother with reviews when something isn’t great.) The price was a little higher than I had expected/hoped, but it does seem to be in line with other companies or cheaper.

  The rental process was smooth and easy. The local branch staff were super helpful upfront and were very interested in making sure we havd a good interaction. After the rental I discovered I could not locate an important piece of paper (not related to the rental) and the staff were fantastic in going over the truck four days later and finding it slid between the seat and the consol. Friendly, helpful staff and exceptional service. What's not to love!!
