My husband let me know exactly what my car needed but the man would not take no for an answer and kept pushing things on me until I gave in, then when I told my husband when I got home he’s like why would you let them change that I just did last time

When I questioned why the price was so high, I was then given another price that was almost half of the original quote. I asked for an explanation as to why there was such a significant difference between the two prices, but unfortunately, I wasn't given a clear answer. At that point, I didn't feel confident moving forward with the service. On our way to another location, we came across Great Canadian Oil Change and decided to give them a try. The experience was completely different. The staff clearly explained the different oil change options, what each service included, and why the prices varied. They also completed a thorough check of my vehicle. In the end, the price was roughly the same as the original quote I had received elsewhere, but the difference was that I paid with confidence because I understood exactly what I was paying for. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent, and the location was very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the straightforward service and would definitely return. Highly recommend!
