  100% Disappointed with the Service I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I specifically booked a Luxury car, but instead I was given a Premium vehicle that was significantly smaller than what I reserved. If the vehicle I booked was not available, the right thing to do would have been to contact me in advance and let me know. Customers should be given the opportunity to make other arrangements or choose a different rental company rather than arriving and being given a downgrade without proper communication. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from the lady at the front desk. When I raised my concern, she said, “It’s only a one-day rental, so what’s the difference?” That is not an appropriate way to respond to a customer who specifically paid for and reserved a particular vehicle class. Whether the rental is for one day or one month, the customer should receive what they booked or be informed beforehand if it is unavailable. This is not my first time renting from Enterprise. I have rented from other Enterprise locations before, and my experience has been much better. At other locations, customers are normally contacted when the reserved vehicle is unavailable. The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The way this situation was handled made me feel that my reservation and expectations as a customer were simply ignored. If you don't have the vehicle a customer booked, be honest and let them know beforehand. Don't wait until they arrive and then provide a smaller vehicle and dismiss their concern by saying it is only a one-day rental. Overall, 100% disappointed with the service at this location. I would seriously reconsider renting from this location again.

  Received a dirty SUV, windshield on the inside was filthy, trunk had mud stains, and worst of all the SUV was overdue 3000km for an oil change based on sticker and vehicle alert lights on dash. I called in the morning to swap the rental, was told they likely wouldn't have an SUV or larger vehicle, they said call back later to verify before you come. I called back and have been on hold over 30 mins so far, still no answer

  Eloho was AMAZING! We had picked up a very awful rental at the Hamilton Airport location late at night with no other option at the time. When we called the St.Cathrines location for help Eloho and his team were fantastic! We had a clean vehicle, that smelled good, and was great for the rest of our trip. Thanks Eloho!

  Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not have a reservation and had many questions and they were very busy, but still were able to help. Good experience at this location

  Booked a full-size car (like a Chevy Malibu) and got stuck with a compact Mitsubishi RVR. Zero communication from the staff—they didn't even mention my car was unavailable or ask if the downgrade was okay. What's the point of having car classes if you just get whatever is left on the lot? I barely squeezed my stuff into this tiny-ass SUV. Terrible experience.
