  Absolutely disgusted!! Went in for a simple oil change, 1st Non Canadian person spoke such poor English, l couldn't understand him, The next employee came out minutes later and all he did was try to upset. L informed him l just wanted a simple conventional oil change, he tried to upset synthetic, l e planned it's an old truck on its last leg, so just a conventional oil change please.. he then tried to convince me that I needed a transmission service. And I asked him just a conventional oil change, please. He then tried to convince me that my headlights needed. Polishing, which are newly replaced within the last month and I asked him again. Just a conventional oil change, please. He then tried to tell me that my tires needed rotating. And I asked him once again, just a conventional oil change. Please I asked if there were any discounts and he told me no, there's no specials right now. When I go online, the first thing that comes up is a $15 coupon for an oil change. I highly recommend avoiding this St. Thomas location. I feel it should be shut down and torn down for the lack of courtesy to the customer.And without the customer, they are out of business.Stay away from this location

  Had a great experience at the Great Canadian oil change in St Thomas. Everyone was very professional and kind. They gave me a discount for the wipers I knew that needed replacing. They were honest, explained everything they were doing and showed me the dealers recommendations. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Great experience and I will be back!
