  USELESS.... unless you plan to rent around their terrible store hours Open Saturdays for 3 hours... nice... No after hours drop off, and zero flexibility.

  They lied to my wife and I over the phone about how their business operates. We had specifically said we were using the vehicle for personal use and needed to pay with debit card. The person over the phone set up an appointment and everything. We went in person and waited 15 minutes to be aggressively warded off since they as of that moment do not accept debit. We had reasons for needing prompt service and did everything over the phone deliberately for that purpose and instead were left with our time wasted. Which effected our needs and costed us several hundred dollars as a result. I rarely offer a 1 star review but this is how you get one.

  Great first experience. I had requested a RAM2500 but got the Chevy instead. No big deal, these guys took care of me. Will be back next time I need to tow something else. Would have 5 stars if there was security cameras watching my personal vehicle that I left there over night.
