- TPTerry Power1 day ago5.0I went for an oil change yesterday. I had a great experience!! Last time I went, it was good I had to wait in the office during the oil change and they didn't have synthetic oil on hand so I had to return the following day. This visit was totally different! The same great manager who is warm and hospitable(which is why I returned), but they super improved! I got to wait in my car and even got to pay the bill in the car. There was a new management I was told hence the improvements. The tech was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. I was offered an air filter replacement that I accepted....I didn't see it as an upselll as I needed a change badly. They even topped up my wiper fluid and checker my lights. They even gave me an air freshener and dash wipes! Never have I been offered a small gift at a garage or any business. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Before I could fully explain the symptoms and warning lights I was experiencing, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and immediately concluded that the problem was the battery without listening to the complete information. What bothered me most was the customer service. The employee came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. As I was leaving, he shut my vehicle door aggressively, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that technicians may have different opinions, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to explain their concerns. Based on this experience, I left feeling unheard and unwelcome. I hope management reviews this feedback and works to improve customer service at this location.
