  My experience at my local Enterprise location is always fantastic! The team is welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a customer. The service is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient, and the positive atmosphere makes every visit a great experience. It’s truly a pleasure dealing with such an amazing team!

  Honestly really quick and easy service. Picked up the car, had a few other people in line but was given the keys within 5 mins of initial meeting. Drop off was really easy too less than 5 mins dropped off the keys to the associate went through a quick look around and inspection and confirmed the return and done. Had the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and was surprisingly a good experience with the vehicle. Smooth to drive and really good on gas. Has a weird gear shift but you get used to it. Good job guys!

  Apparently a reservation means absolute jack at Enterprise I reserved a car several days in advance because I had a trip planned and, crazy idea, I thought reserving a rental car meant I could actually rely on getting a rental car. Apparently not. At 7 PM the night before my reservation, Enterprise called me to tell me they wouldn't have the vehicle available. So now, the night before my trip, I'm expected to magically find another car because Enterprise decided that the reservation I made days ago wasn't particularly important. But the best part was the conversation with the employee. At one point, I was essentially told that you shouldn't rely on a car reservation when making plans that require the car. Read that again. Don't rely on the reservation you made. So what exactly are customers supposed to rely on? Hope? Prayer? A coin flip? I asked what the point of making a reservation was, and the employee compared it to a hotel and a flight, (even though his comparison made no sense). saying that if a hotel cancelled my reservation, he could understand being upset because they have rooms, but this is “just a car rental,” so apparently I shouldn't have expectations of the vehicle actually being available. What an incredible business model. Things happen. Cars get damaged, returned late, or become unavailable. The thing that added fuel to the fire is the complete lack of accountability and the attitude that I'm unreasonable for expecting a reservation to mean something. And if Enterprise's position is genuinely that customers shouldn't rely on their reservations, then maybe they should stop calling them reservations and start calling them “we'll see what happens.” Just like Jerry Seinfeld said: "You know how to take a reservation. You just don't know how to HOLD a reservation and really that's the most important part. The HOLDING." Absolutely terrible experience
