  Worst rental place I’ve ever had to deal with. On a Sunday morning - don’t go. You will be waiting for HOURS!!!. 1 staff behind the counter and over 30 people waiting. Rent somewhere else.

  I absolutely do not recommend dealing with these people. Their customer service is terrible. They ruined my trip with my family. After I stopped during the trip to buy some things, the car wouldn't start. I tried many times until the engine started, so I went back to get a replacement car. But the employee told me I should have pressed the brake and the start button, as if I were a new driver. He told me to drive it again if it broke down, to come back to them. And indeed, it broke down again. Yes, they changed the car, and without even a hint of apology. I asked for compensation for the gas I had filled up, and he said they would compensate me. When I returned the second car, they kept avoiding me, saying things like, "The manager isn't here, we'll call you," but no one did. When I returned the next day, I met the manager, and he said, "I don't remember saying I'll compensate you." After a long argument, he said, "Next time I'll give you a good offer." I will never go back to them again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.
