  I really appreciate the way the staff treats customers and responds to their needs. This location can get quite crowded, especially because people prefer it for its large selection and variety. I would especially like to appreciate Liam (William), Sulai, Mohammad, and Sal. They are wonderful, and their exceptional service is truly appreciated. I chose this location after having several terrible experiences at York Mills, and I’m so glad I made the switch. These guys are amazing! Liam, you are the key man! Thank you for your outstanding service and for making every visit a great experience.

  My daughter had to switch her rental today, the representative was professional, the gentleman that showed us vehicles to choose from was attentive and compassionate to our Rookie keep up the good work much respect ✊

  If you’re paying with debit card, do not rent a vehicle here! Please read my review. I rented a vehicle for one day. Everything went smooth with the process, however they don’t tell you that when you pay using debit, you don’t get the $300 deposit refund when you return the car! This location “doesn’t do” refunds and you have to wait for a cheque in the mail. This is completely egregious in 2026. What business doesn’t do in-store refunds in 2026? I could understand if this was an online process but if I am going into a store to pay, there is no reason whatsoever why they can’t refund you on the terminal. This foolishness should be getting more attention but it doesn’t. I am extremely disappointed with enterprise for this and I will never use their services again. I’ll be calling head office in the morning to give them a piece of my mind. This refund money was grocery money for myself and my child. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days to receive it? This is a ridiculous business practice. If you’re not paying with a credit card, do not rent a vehicle here. Find another company that does in-person refunds. I recognize that this is a head office issue and not necessarily a staff one but I am holding the staff accountable for not saying this upfront to people they know are paying for debit. If I had known this ahead of time, I wouldn’t have spent my money here.

  Worst Customer service asked for 7 seater instead got a 5 seater overcharged me for 7 seater and then I had to call them multiple times to get ot refunded! Poor customer service ! Honestly, calling him a ‘manager’ feels generous. I’ve seen mall security guards with more leadership skills — and at least they can handle a flashlight without supervision! Avoid this place such bunch of SCAMMERS!

  My father and I have recently visited this enterprise branch to rent a car for vacation. We rented a beautiful Hyundai Kona which was a 10/10 experience, service included. Mr. Salman’s service was top tier, explained information thoroughly and made sure we had excellent experience. Overall, I’d recommend this enterprise location specifically if your goal is to rent a great car that comes with great experience!!
