  Went in and noticed they were understaffed. Nick did a great job managing the front desk and customers given the circumstances. Vehicle selection is not the best, but good customer service is great

  Praveen was an exemplary customer service person. He reviewed features of the car, walked around the car and showed me in detail what was damaged/not damaged, and reviewed the contract with me so I could understand it. He was knowledge, courteous, and polite.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service team for the last two days, but I have not received a single callback. On top of that, I was charged an extra $300 without any explanation. The vehicle also had a recurring tire pressure warning light that came on every 1–2 hours throughout our trip. We had to stop multiple times to inspect the tires and search for places to refill the air, which wasted a lot of our time and completely disrupted our journey. Overall, the lack of communication, the unexplained extra charge, and the poor condition of the vehicle made for a very frustrating experience. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that no other customer has to go through the same inconvenience.

  Service was awesome, price was unbeatable and vehicle was alright. Scarborough location Markham and Sheppard Ave The manager sorry I don’t recall her name but it started with a D was amazing to deal with.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental experience with Enterprise. I rented an intermediate SUV that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which is a serious health hazard for someone with asthma like myself. I called and visited multiple locations, including the Scarborough and Oshawa branches, to resolve this, but I never received any help or a call back. This is completely unacceptable customer service for a paying customer. UPDATE (Saturday): Followed the link provided by owner support and submitted all details on Thursday. The agent assured me management would contact me for an exchange, but it is now Saturday and nobody has reached out. I am stuck driving a cigarette-filled car until August 18th, which continues to trigger my asthma and leave smoke smells on my clothes. Poor follow-through and zero care for customer health.
