  Had an an amazing experience at this Enterprise location! Customer service was excellent from the time of pick up to drop off! I requested a mid-size SUV and got one that was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations! Cary, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, was very courteous, friendly, and thorough in explaining the terms. Shout out to Anir, the staff member who drove me to and from the repair shop. Highly recommend :)

  I have been a regular Enterprise customer since 2023, and this is the first time I have had such a disappointing experience with Enterprise. I had reserved a luxury class vehicle two weeks in advance for a special event. However, when I arrived, I was given a standard vehicle for the same price. Since the reservation was made well ahead of time, I expected the branch to have enough time to arrange the reserved vehicle or at least inform me in advance if it was unavailable. Instead, I was told that the branch only had the available options on-site. Additionally, the vehicle I received had an “Oil Change Due” warning appearing on the dashboard, and the alert continued to show throughout my rental period. A vehicle provided to customers should be properly inspected and all maintenance alerts should be addressed before handing it over. I am sorry to say this, but this was my first truly negative experience with this particular Enterprise branch. If a specific vehicle class is not available, it should not be listed for reservation, or customers should be notified beforehand so they have the opportunity to make alternate arrangements. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and improves the vehicle availability and inspection process at this location. I have always had good experiences with Enterprise in the past, and I hope this was just an isolated incident.
