  Assured Aviva Autocare Centre in Scarborough recently repaired my van which was hit in a parking lot. The work they did was amazing. It looks brand new. More important than the excellent quality of their work though to me was how professional and courteous the staff were. They kept me informed every step of the way. They arranged the pick up and drop off for a rental vehicle. They explained everything they were going to do and made sure I was happy with the end result. They always answered my questions happily and greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality work done.

  This was my 2nd time having my car repaired at the auto centre and again I was very impressed and pleased with the service. Natasha provides A+ service- she’s a pro and is very efficient. She arranged my pickup and drop off for my car rental and made the process very smooth. All the other staff I interacted with were all efficient and very helpful. The repair job was excellent and to top it off I received a complimentary car wash - inside and out. Aviva deserves 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  just wanted to thank aviva auto care centre scarborough location for the quick and friendly customer service as well as excellent repair job to our car! Thank you Natasha for answering all of our questions and making the experience as smooth as possible :) Definitely going to recommend aviva to others!
