I brought my vehicle here for an insurance claim, on the recommendation of my insurance company. The damage to my vehicle seemed minimal, and I was given an estimate of 7 days for repairs. Overall, the work completed seems to have been well done, and my car was returned to me having obviously been detailed, which I appreciate.
However, I will say, communication was less than ideal at times, and the repair ended up taking 2.5 weeks due to several delays (wrong parts delivered, unable to clear an airbag code). This was a bit frustrating because I was not informed of the latter issue even being present until days after the vehicle was scheduled to be returned based on the information provided in the initial timeline.
I would suggest being more realistic and upfront about timelines rather than trying to be appeasing would help to prevent frustration or irritation with future customers.
Overall, the work seems well done- but I would be unlikely to return, simply based on the combination of communication issues and hours of operation. (As an aside, perhaps I should have looked into the hours of this shop, but because I was encouraged to use the approved shop from my insurance company to “prevent delays” I didn’t realize they don’t have any sort of extended hours to allow you to both have a job and not have to take time off to pick up your vehicle with unclear timelines)
