This shop is filled with liars and thieves. I took my car there on a recommendation. In hindsight the person who recommended me to the shop confirmed they stole from the dealership they worked for. I brought my car in on an insurance claim, to fix the backend and a rear tire and rim. I had asked for the old tire and rim to use as a full spare my request was also in writing on the work order authorization. They stripped the tire off the rim and stole the TPS sensor, giving me back the rim only. They had to replace the rear lens and returned the car to me without a break light bulb in the new lens. I went back to have them put the bulb in and this is when they stole items from my car. I drive a Venza. They lied and side they had to remove all the stuff in my “trunk” due to needing to remove all the side panels to access the bulb. A quick google search should you a number of videos replacing the rear break light bulb in 15 minutes via the removable compartment to replace the bulb. When they removed my items they stole my flat tire repaired kit and the ownership for the vehicle. The staff truly thinks their customers are stupid. They took an hour and a half to replace the break light bulb. Their craftsmanship is awful. Over spray on all the back windows. They replaced the tire with an inferior tire to what was on the car. Had to have my insurance company buy the proper tire. Do not let them touch your car. See images attached.
