  I’m only giving one star for the following reasons: - positive: the shop administrator Jennifer was great with communication and overall customer service - however, this is my second time coming to this shop for body work due to an MVA and I don’t know if there was a change in staff or what, but this experience was nothing like the first one back in 2023. The first time whoever worked on my vehicle returned my car in perfect condition. The work was done beautifully and you couldn’t even tell anything was worked on. I was provided a courtesy interior clean—basic wipe down of dust/streaks, wash and vacuum of matts. Very basic but extremely appreciated. -this time when I picked up my vehicle after work being done to it, the interior was extremely dusty, there were scratches all over my car, paint chips and smears from where the work was done—looked super sloppy in my opinion, there were hints of red paint splatters (my car is white), my passenger seatbelt was popped out and I had to return to the shop to get them to pop it back in—only to later find out that the belt now has mechanical issues and won’t lock in place anymore once fastened. -I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location and hope they make it right.

  I got quotes from multiple places but ultimately chose this location, and I am so glad I did. Felipe did an amazing job on my car! The service was great, the communication was perfect, and the final work is absolutely seamless. He returned my vehicle looking like a brand-new car. Highly recommend!!

  I am writing this on behalf of my NON English speaking co-worker. Who was taken advantage of .... My car was involved in a HIT & RUN. My insurance company sent my car to these guys. POOR workman ship! My door was replaced and they left: A gap between the new door and the frame, left the inside door panel loose, left the door gasket loose and not adhered to the door, left a loose clip in my wheel well to adhere the trim to the well, and screws in my wheel well into the trim & the frame of my car! There was lots of noise, so I brought it back a few times. They just keep telling me nothing is wrong. BUT this is not how my car looked or sounded before the accident. NOW .... I have had to pay for a tow truck to OPEN MY DOOR! And I missed half a days work & pay! As they Claimed there was no issues with the car. My car would not open, the FOB would not work, the emergency key would not work. I called them before the tow truck; two guys from the shop came to my location and told me "it's the battery, it is dead so your car will not open" And then left me! The tow truck driver opened my door and my car started just FINE! My battery is JUST FINE! I went back to the shop. And was told ...... "sorry it was a loose screw!!!!!!!!" Sorry? ........ WHO IS PAYING ME FOR THE EXTRA COST????? My time lost at work, the money to pay for the tow truck???? Someone Called the shop on his behalf and was hung up on. Called back and was told that the "person was unavailable" EDIT - in response to below comments. We have called several times and have been told that "someone will call back" NEVER HAPPENED. We have been HUNG UP ON! If you are truly interested please call us back! or you can email me for the "PERSONAL FILE NUMBER" As I would never post something like that!!!!

  I had an amazing experience with Assured in Scarborough West. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I especially want to thank Jennifer, she was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She made everything so much easier for me during a stressful time and was always patient and helpful whenever I had questions. When I got my car back, I was honestly so impressed. It was not only repaired perfectly, but it was also returned to me super clean and looking great. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Overall, I highly recommend this location. The customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Thank you again to Jennifer and the team for such a smooth and positive experience!
