  I had an amazing experience with Assured in Scarborough West. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I especially want to thank Jennifer, she was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She made everything so much easier for me during a stressful time and was always patient and helpful whenever I had questions. When I got my car back, I was honestly so impressed. It was not only repaired perfectly, but it was also returned to me super clean and looking great. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Overall, I highly recommend this location. The customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Thank you again to Jennifer and the team for such a smooth and positive experience!

  The worst place in the city ,the don’t finish the job on time ,they really don’t care about they customer ,please skip this assured location this is garbage ❌

  👎🏼I don't recommend this place; it's a disaster. They took over two months to repair something that should have taken a week or less. I couldn't take my car to another shop because my insurance wouldn't move it. Don't take your cars to this place; it's just a waste of time, and in the end, they return the cars still with problems.👎🏼
