  I took my Audi Q5 vehicle on July 29th. at Assured-Hogan Cheveolet for some paint work resulting from a no-fault car accident. I met with Maria, the Estimater, who took me under her wing, explained the repair process and provided the time frame for when the job would be completed. Maria was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. She kept me informed with timely updates and made sure I understood the progress of the repair. Upon picking up my vehicle, Maria ensured I was allowed to inspect not only the repairs but the entire vehicle, ensuring my personal belongings were intact. I was really impressed not with the repairs, but the detailing of the interior of the vehicle. This level of service was unexpected at Assured, and I felt that I was treated with respect and that my concerns were taken seriously. The combination of excellent workmanship and exceptional customer service made the entire experience very positive. Overall, I gave Maria (A+) for her communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to assist, which made a significant difference to my overall experience. Thank you again, Maria, for your excellent service and for making sure everything was handled properly. I am extremely satisfied with the completed work and the service I received from Assured Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring quality automotive repair and professional customer service.

  I had a very good experience from beginning to end, took my car to Hogan, and Maria helped me every step of the way. My Car looks brand new again and the time frame to do the job was spot on. Thanks to all who played a role in fixing the damage.

  my insurance assigned me to this repair center and carlos helped me with my paperwork took in the car and got the damage covered and delivered the car on time. i did reach out again after a month cz the headlight not working carlos helped me again even from vacation and set me up with another assured center to fix my headlight.   Tim and his team were fantastic in helping me work through an insurance claim for engine and body damage and he was very informative and kept me up to date about claim status! 5 stars!
