    All of the staff are amazing in SSMarie. I have dealt with Sam on more than one occasion and he is absolutely amazing! By far one of the nicest most professional people I have interacted with.

    Great service and staff. Have dealt with their team multiple times over the last few months and have been impressed with their customer service and response times. In comparison to dealing with other rental companies in the Sault, Enterprise sits at the top.

    Had a confirmed reservation for a one way car rental. Enterprise failed with no cars available and blaming tech stack. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. Additionally, did not try to remedy situation and I had to make alternative arrangements. Pretty frustrating...if you're going to provide a service to customers, try to meet expectations. Others should proceed with caution when booking one way rentals.

    From start to finish it was a great experience. Everyone at the desk was kind, and helpful, they were able to accommodate my request for an upgrade even though it was last minute. They car was ready right away, and I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. Definitely will recommended enterprise to friends.
