- GBGlenn BogadorAug 23, 20262.0We had booked a car more than a month in advance. We scheduled for a pickup right at opening time, made us wait over an hour for a car that was getting an oil change. Not like they were short on cars, they had tons in the lot but for some reason wanted us to take the Outlander that, ran like crap and had missing bumper parts and a cracked windshield. Felt like they just wanted us to take the crappy car back to the mothership in Toronto. Staff was apologetic and nice but we need a ride to be ready on time though and a car that felt safe. Hopefully a better experience next time.
- PWPatty WichloAug 13, 20265.0Friendly staff, also accommodating if it is under their control. They go out of their way if they can. The sooner you reserve your car the cheaper it becomes. Also, there is no penalty if you need to cancel. Life happens! They also have their own rewards program. It is worth becoming member, points do not expire. My rentals have been unlimited mileage, not sure if it would be the same if I went out of province. If you rent a truck larger than a 1/2 ton mileage plays a part. It is all described in the details on their website. Hope this helps!

They also have two locations in the city that I rented from and I was able to choose the most convenient location for me. It was easy to get to and the return was easy to do during their after hours. The only thing I wish is that there were more weekend hours so that I could check my car back on a weekend or rent one on a Sunday. They were friendly and great to deal with.
