In amazingly short order, Cody and Kathy graciously booked us in and had our precious conversion van serviced (a loose starter connection). We were ecstatically on our way before the morning was out! Much Thanks to the whole crew

It's always a bit nerve racking to try a new establishment. I had my tires switched for summer and subsequently booked an oil change and asked they run diagnostics on my brakes. Both were taken care of in a very efficient manner. From booking appointments, the knowledgeable staff and crew, the customer waiting room, I cannot say enough about Fountain Tire.

I blew out a tire leaving Toronto to go to a funeral in Sault St. Marie before Barrie and changed it off to the side of the highway 400. I Phoned Fountain Tire in the Soo and they found tires that matched my vehicle and installed them before lunch on the day I phoned. The service was fast and courteous, George took the call and found the tires and Albert took care of me in the station!

After purchasing certified car down south, I brought it to fountain for what I thought would a simple brake pad swap.... Well if it wasn't for Fountain and their amazing team going above and beyond as usual, I'd still be driving said car with multiple issues and have no idea about those multiple very important issues. Without fountain tire id have probably been stuck with a very unsafe vehicle and have been in the dark. Fountain tire is absolutely the most responsible and professional shop when it comes to issues like this that aren't expected. Thank you fountain tire and your wonderful team.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
