- JAJordan AllsuppJun 5, 20262.0Went in for a regular oil change. The inspections went well. I don't know. Until I brought my vehicle to an other shop for a repair caused by GCOC. They tried to remove my valve stem cover. It was seized, so they used tools. This resulted in a cut valve stem. They just said it was that way when we came in. That's not what Molson Tire told us. They showed us the cut stem and the tool marks left by GCOC's tools. So they didn't let me know my valve covers were seized. This means they didn't check tire pressure but reported they were fine. Also they did not fill the windshield wash fluid, nor did they let me know about the transmission fluid needing a service. Also, when checking my lights they did not check the DTR's. I know I have one out, but was not notified during inspection. Great personal service with mediocre technical service. Will return to reassess. EDIT 1: I emailed as requested... twice now with no reply. EDIT 2: Still no reply to requested e-mail. I'm done trying. Obviously there is no reason to give out that e-mail when it is obviously NOT monitored or any e-mails replied to. Poor service continues.
