  I needed a vehicale to attend a funeral going from Toronto to Windsor. The people were very nice, helped me pick a suitable choice at my budget. I have to say that I noticed that though all attendees at the location were busy when I went in the first time and at the time of return, but they were efficient with a smile on their faces and curtious to all clients. I will definitely consider enterprise as my first choice and go back again for future needs.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise RichmondHills for the weekend. I actually only needed the vehicle until Sunday noon, but since the branch was closed on Sunday, I had to return it on Monday morning. Usually, this situation would result in being charged for two full days. Thankfully, Sam Barberio went above and beyond to help me with a great offer and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He is honestly one of the nicest and most professional customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. Sam has an excellent personality, treats customers with genuine respect, and truly knows how to provide outstanding customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who is both professional and kind at the same time. Because of employees like Sam, I would happily choose Enterprise again in the future. Highly recommended!

  Rented a car several times at the Richmond Hill location. Usually not a long wait and the different cars I’ve rented worked well. Will rent again from here.

  I’ve rented twice from here, One time through my insurance and the other time was for my own travel. The staff here are excellent, the guys will go above and beyond to make your experience as smooth as possible.

  I was vey disappointed with their services. I rented a premium vehicle under the website prescription should provide me with a Q5 Audi, however I was provided a Q3 which is not big enough for my trip at all. They said this is the only vehicle available. Later on I found the side sensors are not working at all. I was told by Richmond hill location to exchange vehicle in the States where is close to me. However they offered a regular SUV instead of a premium. We complained multiple times, no one was even offer an apology.
