  Services at this location is fast and efficient, staff are friendly. The first minivan assigned to me has a glass chip right in front of the driver seat eyesight, so I requested a change and they honoured that by providing me another minivan. The only issue is the interior of the vehicle was quite dirty and I had to wipe all the seats and surrounding areas at home before driving it. All the wipes turned black after initial wiping, so the interior must not be cleaned by the shop for a long time. The minivan has run well for my long trip to NYC. Car return process was quick and uneventful. Appreciate the service of this car rental shop.

  I had a great experience with Pouya at Enterprise of Richmond Hill. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and he made the experience very easy and stress-free.

  From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The entire team had an amazing customer-service attitude—friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. When an issue came up with my rental, Zach and especially Pouya went above and beyond to find a fair solution and make sure I was completely taken care of. A special thank-you to Pouya for taking ownership of the situation and delivering truly exceptional service. Enterprise is lucky to have such a great team!

  Great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easygoing. Everything was quick and simple, and the whole rental process went very smoothly. If I travel to Toronto again, I’ll definitely come back here to rent a car. Highly recommended!

  My insurance company said the rental was arranged through this location, so i tryied to call them to confirm prior going in for pick up. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with enterprise yesterday talking to 7 different people bouncing from one to another with no solution. Aperantly they coulnt find our names in their system. after talking to my insurance again as she called them once again I also called enterprise to confirm the car will be ready for today @ 8am. they said the car would be ready yesterday after 430 pm but since I was at work I told them I will pick it up next day at 8am. once we got there they couldnt find our names nor phone numbers in their system again. Therefore, we had to take whatever they had with one hour wait time to get car cleaned up. Not the first time renting the car but perhaps will be going through a different rental company or at least a different location.
