  I wanted to rent a vehicle on a Friday for one day. I picked the truck up at 9:30 am and told the young CSR as such. I confirmed with this CSR that I could keep it until the Saturday morning. At no time did he tell me that the official return time was actually 4:00 pm the same day. The CSR stated that they were not open on Saturday but that they had a drop-box for the keys. I returned the truck on Saturday morning with approximately 10km of use and put the keys in their drop-box. On Monday morning, to my surprise, I received an e-mailed receipt from Renfrew Enterprise showing that they had charged my credit card for THREE days and $20 for gas for the 10- kms of use. I am disgusted with Enterprise. This is not how you do business in a small town!! I sent the Renfrew Enterprise office an e-mail requesting a refund for the two day overcharge but, to date, I have heard nothing back. I expect a favorable response to my request and to this survey and it is now up to Enterprise to remedy this.

  Every time I rented at Enterprise, the service has been exceptionally courteous and quick. This was no exception. Alex provided an excellent car add an unbeatable price. The Hyundai Sonata can go almost 1,000 km on a single tank of gas! I found a piece of tape on the side of the trunk that blended in perfectly with the body color. It was afraid that someone had damaged the car and just covered it up. It turns out that it was just a small piece left over from when the new car was shipped into the country. So there is no actual problem, but I highly recommend that people do a video walk around of their rental car just to ensure that any existing issues are captured before you take possession. In fact, Alex encouraged me to do it for my peace of mind.

  Alex at Enterprise Renfrew was excellent Went above and below We were stranded after hitting a deer Alex made some moves and got us back on the road when cars were scarce

  Very friendly, fast , service. Only reason not a 5 star was because I had to visit the office and the office was closed during office hours.
