  Extremely unprofessional experience with tint world An appointment was confirmed for today to inspect the glass work and provide a quotation. Time was allocated on our end and schedules were adjusted accordingly, only for nobody to show up, nobody to call, and nobody to provide even the most basic courtesy update. In the construction and service industry, communication and respect for people’s time is the bare minimum. If a company cannot handle something as simple as honoring an appointment or making a phone call, it raises serious concerns about how they operate overall. Mistakes happen. Delays happen. But disappearing without communication shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and business ethics. Companies like this waste people’s time and clearly do not value potential clients or professional relationships. Very disappointing experience. One star is too much

  If I could zero stars I would. My finace and I booked an appt here via the online portal. On the day of the appt when we got there the place was locked and closed. After calling we found out the power went out in the strip and they missed calling us to tell us the appt was cancelled. They did however reschedule us for the next day. When we showed up for the appt the next day the place was locked and closed again. The worker decided to leave early because apparently we never confirmed. However we confirmed on the phone the night before and we received no text or call on the day. They first tried to say they contacted us but then later said they didn't have our number. So they were clearly lying. They said the worker would come back but it would be awhile as he is already home. The worked contacted us at 9:30 pm. He only offered to reschedule and he didnt apologize. The service here is horrendous and they do not care about their customers. We found a place in the next plaza, Durham Autohaus and we recommend you go there! They actually call to talk to you about the services you want and make sure the customers are looked after.

  Walked in other day for of tint job. Quoted a price and he said wait time is couple of hours. I could not wait and said I will book an appointment. Booked an appointment over phone yesterday and came for appointment today. Spoke to the manager he said appointment is not there in his computer. And the price is now DOUBLE than what was quoted a week back. Manager said that he does not know who quoted the price and they cannot honour. ( I did not get the name of the person). Very inefficient and very irresponsible. I wasted time and gas driving up here from North whitby. Worst customer service. Why will they put someone at the desk who quotes wrong prices. I walked away.

  I had a great customer service experience. I found the associates very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with the results my windows look great.
