  I’ve always had a great experience with this location. I didn’t catch the names of the folks that helped me but the entire team is especially helpful and courteous. They upgraded me from a Nissan Kicks to a Mini Cooper, which made my drive to New Jersey and back a lot smoother. They also offered me a ride back home after the drop off. Definitely my favourite place to rent from!

  Ridiculous management. Booked for minivan for a one day company event, supposed pick up at 10am, got call 8am in morning said they overbooked, and all they can do is leave me on waiting list. Now have to call around all around to find alternative

  Excellent service and a great rental experience from start to finish! The staff were very helpful and even offered to upgrade us to a full-size vehicle. When we returned the car a few days early, they kindly adjusted the rental price to reflect only the time we actually had the vehicle. We truly appreciated their flexibility, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

  I had an excellent experience renting a car from this branch! I dealt with the manager and assistant manager, Dev, and both provided outstanding customer service. They were reliable, professional, friendly, and genuinely great to work with. They made the whole rental experience smooth and stress free.

  I would defintely rent from this location again. Tyler, Merdi, Adrian provided excellent service. As did Dev who i only spoke to on the phone. In my experience this team really wants to delight customers which unfortunately is not very common these days.. For example Merdi picked me up from my home but I had forgotten my wallet so unfortunately he had to drive me twice. Not a huge thing as it is part of their service, but there was no complaining or anything because they were busy etc. He just said it happens often and not to worry. Because I was renting my car through my insurance Tyler helped me choose the best car and optimize the value I got for the fees paid by my insurance company - he didn't have to go the extra mile and show me my different choices given how busy this location is The only bit of constructive feedback I have is that this location is crazy busy. So it can take some time to pick up your call. Drop off seems to be pretty quick. They would benefit from having extra staff as well as more cars. Most of their 350 cars are usually out. So selection can be low at busy times and if people decide to extend their rental return dates (e.g. world cup time) This was my first experience with Enterprise after many years of renting with your competitors. I was quite delighted with the service.
