I interacted with him a few times, most recently on Saturday when I picked up the car and again today when I returned it. Each time, he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I called them because they took 100 deposit and when I wanted that back after returning my car but they cut your call in between the conversation without any courtesy message. Now my deposit is stuck!! Edit: Thanks for the response. The second time around the service was better. I am changing my ratings.

The car was brand new and very clean. I rented it for a week, and the entire experience was amazing. Just keep in mind that weekday mornings can be quite busy sometimes, so be prepared to wait a little.
