  The staff were excellent and very pleasant. I placed one phone call and talked with Noah who was able to reserve a truck for our moving day in under 3 minutes. It was refreshing not being told I had to go to a website or do it all online. Alfred assisted with the pick up and drop off and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was super easy and a hassle free. The truck was clean, well maintained and ran great. Super easy process from start to finish. It took a huge chunk of stress off our move. We had previously tried booking a truck through U-Haul and the experience was terrible. Everything had to be done through there website. After 45 minutes of questions, scanning documents, drivers licenses and credit card numbers we finally booked a truck in Pembroke. Then we received a phone call 3 hours later saying our reserved truck was unavailable and they had no other trucks to offer us, even though we booked 3 weeks in advance. Their solution was they would call us a day before we moved and "see if they could do anything", but no guarantees, also if they did find us a truck they couldn't guarantee it would even be in the area. So we would have to go pick it up from God knows where and be charged millage fees to drive it back the where we needed it for our move. They even told us reserving a truck doesn't guarantee that it will be at the location you reserved it at. All in all terrible company, terrible business strategy. I am stunned they are the first option for many when renting a truck. I will definitely recommend enterprise and the Pembroke team to anyone I know who is planning a move. Especially if they are considered renting though U-Haul. If I ever move again enterprise will be my first choice.

  Booked online only to be told they have no trucks when I got there. There answer was "it's extremely frustrating but our online system does not know what we have in stock." Huge waste of time.

  Dealing with Noah at Pembroke Enterprise has been an exceptionally valuable experience! He has been unconditionally accommodating even when I often need to keep my rental longer than planned.   Very fast service. Called and they were at my door in 15-20 min to pick me up and im about 10min away. Dropped me off at home after returning the vehicle. Very pleased
