- PQParvilus quervinsJul 20, 20261.0I really don’t understand why if I book a car for 5 days and I was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, no one told me they were gonna work until 12 , I went there and everything was closed , no one contacted me and when I rebooked , I went there early thinking a car would be available early in the morning on Monday, and the Asian guy , I don’t know his name ( no racism ) was so disrespectful towards me and my friend . I really don’t understand how they’ll have someone like that working for them if he doesn’t even know how to talk to people , wasting gas to go there and when I called again to make sure the car was gonna be available at 12 he was giving me all type of excuse and he told he won’t rent me the car anymore .

Everything was done in a timely manner and the manager Matt made sure I had everything I needed. I was kept up to date with information about my insurance and was given a brand new 2026 vehicle to use. Top notch service! I highly recommend this location.

Showed up 5 mins after my scheduled pick up time and was told that they had no vehicle for me until at least 11am - 2 hours after pick up time. I needed a car at 9am and was left stranded with no rental and no solution. Apparently even when you call to confirm your booking that still doesn't guarantee a vehicle.
