We booked a box truck for saturday until monday. From Pembroke, Ontario Today thursday "Albert" from pembroke called and said they have no truck the customers now are not bringing the truck back. I told him we need the truck and is there any available in other city near by? He started screaming at me, the f word, called me a b, said he was not my slave etc. Stated he does not give a f if i call his manager etc. Very unacceptable behavior. When trucks are booked they should not be extending rentals. I have 2 houses to move this weekend and no truck to do it with.

I called last week to confirm a rental vehicle because my vehicle was scheduled to go into the collision center this morning at 8:00 a.m., and I needed a rental so I could get to work. When I arrived at Enterprise, I received the keys and did a walk-around inspection of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was dirty inside and clearly had not been properly prepared. Even though I called ahead of time. I was told that, if I was willing to wait longer they could clean it, but that they had no other vehicles ready at the moment. I have pictures showing food crumbs and other debris throughout the vehicle, including in the consoles. My wife and I were extremely disappointed, especially because Enterprise prides itself on cleanliness and customer service. My wife called and explained the situation and was told that we could switch the vehicle for a cleaner one later in the day. I then called to see if I could come in during my lunch break to exchange the vehicle. However, I was told that there were no vehicles available and that they could only clean the current vehicle if I was willing to wait, which unfortunately I couldn’t realistically. At this point, we are speaking with our insurance adjuster to determine whether we can switch to another rental car company. This experience has been very frustrating and, in our opinion, unprofessional. We expected a vehicle that was clean, ready, and suitable for use when we arrived to pick it up, unfortunately that was not our experience.
