  I don’t normally write reviews but I found myself still thinking about their service even hours after being home. The staff are incredibly friendly and will walk you through every step they are doing. They are also extremely speedy! I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend going here!

  This place runs like a "well oiled" machine. Super friendly techs and amazing speedy service. I feel like I made friends after visiting. Service is thoughtful and thorough. I know my vehicle was in good hands while I was there. 10/10 recommend 👍🏼

  I must admit that my experience was not as satisfactory as my initial visit. One thing that particularly bothered me was the apparent attempt to take advantage of me. While I appreciate the service and commend the staff's respectfulness, the aggressive upselling and additional charges for windshield washer fluid, transmission fluid, and other unexpected costs have deterred me from returning. As I'm capable of performing routine maintenance like oil changes myself, I find it frustrating that the warranty doesn't permit it. Consequently, I'll be taking my business to my mechanic from now on. Given that I had recently replaced the air filter less than a month prior, the $40 charge for another replacement seemed excessive. The approach taken by the service team, without inquiring about my preferences, felt presumptuous and lacking in customer consideration. Nonetheless, I hope this feedback serves as a valuable lesson, and I encourage the company to prioritize customer respect and transparency to avoid unexpected costs for clients.

  Chris and the team did an amazing job, they went above and beyond even for a simple tire change. Showed us issues with our car and informed us on upcoming maintenance services for our car. Im glad we have community members like Chris working here and making owen sound a better place. Will continue to come here for all my car needs.
