  Don’t go here. There are better places for your car. I went the other month for a routine oil change. Almost immediately after, my friend noticed a leak under my car. I didn’t think much of it until my oil light came on and I was very low on oil. I got my car checked out by a different place and they told me that Great Canadian had given me a Honda gasket on my drain plug. I drive a Volkswagen. And it was on so loose it was about to fall off. I am very disappointed with their lack of attention to detail when working on other peoples vehicles. The worst part, when I called Great Canadian back to talk about this, they said they had no record of me or my vehicle even being in the system. I will not return.

  Troy was amazing, I’ve gone to this place the past couple of oil changes in a row, all the staff has been amazing and I love it here but Troy really went above and beyond, I had some porcupine quills in my tire and he helped me get the out and also gave me some good tire advice. 10/10 service.

  This place is the absolute best! They have taken care of me so much in the past! I cannot recommend a better place to get your oil changed or quick maintenance done! Troy in particular has been absolutely amazing to deal with but everyone who works here is absolutely terrific! Top notch best oil change place in all of Owen Sound! Thanks again Great Canadian crew! You guys are amazing at what you do!

  Terrible place for service, if I could leave negative stars I would. Went here for a quick oil change and was treated like a dumb girl who couldn’t possibly know anything about vehicles. The service technician removed my splash guard to complete the oil change, broke the clips and proceeded to try to convince me to just accept that he didn’t want to put it back on my vehicle, that I “didn’t NEED it put back on my car” and that “other vehicles don’t even have them”. When I pushed back and requested it be put back the way it was found, he was visibly annoyed at me. I returned home to discover that he didn’t even put my splash guard back on my car, he just pretended to and then kept the part. Now I have no splash guard and need to go elsewhere to purchase and install a new one. Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this place, they are rude, lazy and would rather lie to you than accept responsibility for issues.
