  Well that was fun! SilverStar Automotive was great to deal with. I took my summer car in for a spring check-up, and they found things I did not even know needed attention, but would have caused me trouble on the road. They sent pictures and exact pricing for the repairs, which made the whole process simple and seamless. Everything was done on time, and they made sure there was no overlap between previous work and the repairs they were suggesting. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will absolutely go back again.

  DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP! Made a new account just so these crooks cannot find my details. The never mentioned anything about costs when i brought my vehicle into them, no signage depicting costs for inspections, except an old poster in their office with 1920's pricing. I got a quote of things needed to be done to fix the vehicle, that came to over $3500, this included a part that was NOT needing replaced, a whole bunch of labor hours and it also included a $200 oil change. Had my keys held for ransom until I paid the $287.91 inspection fee. the fee that I was NEVER told about, or agree'd to pay. but no pay = no keys back. Took the vehicle to another shop, they did an oil change for free, and replace a part that actually was needed for the fix, for a total of $400 while i waited inside the vehicle, not the 5 days these crooks told it would take. Disgusting attitude and out right thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
