  Came for a rental car, kept coming back for the vibes! Honestly the best most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure to deal with at a rental car agency. I have been getting weekly rentals for work for about 8 months now. Jill, Hannah, and Gabe have been amazing, accommodating , and always kind. Seriously though if you need a downtown core rental, this is your place!

  Excellent location and wonderful staff! I reserved through National and was running late for pick up. Hannah and Ryan stayed after hours to ensure my reservation was processed and I had my car for the evening. They both truly went above and beyond. I would rent here again as you can be assured everything will go smoothly.

  This location used to be an outstanding and very friendly 5-star location with smiling, very sociable staff. They had always been concerned about the quality of their services, valued old clients who had been with they for years, and would round out a car rental by asking you how they did. This location with its apparent radical changes in personnel now literally doesn't seem to care, constantly blaming "St. Louis which is their Head Office" as the culprit, and if you're an old and very responsible client, you ought not expect to be treated any better than a teenager who shows up at their door.
