  It was a horrible experience. The staff was arrogant, they charged us almost $100 over the previous agree price and basically told us to go find the vehicle in the parkade. When we did finally find it there was no one around to report any existing damage or assist us . Luckily next time we need to rent a vehicle there will be other companies that I'm sure will be happy to earn our business.

  In a world of terrible car rental experiences national bucks the trend and delivers a fast, easy and enjoyable experience at Pearson Airport. They did give me a nice upgrade but they were also fast and friendly. I was in a car and on the road within 5 minutes getting to the counter.

  Had a great experience with national at the Ottawa airport. Only rented for 24 hours, but pick up and drop off experience was smooth and the car was great. It was a treat to drive a brand new Mustang - and to be the first one who had rented it!

  The sent me to Enterprise of ray car ...an upgrade was a Nissan Kick. Awful car to drive for 2 days, wiper blades were also in dire need of replacement. It was not a upgrade from Emerale Isle
