  I had an excellent experience at YOW National Car Rental location. Mohammed the manager on site was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customers to ensure they were satisfied. While I was waiting l noticed he is always smiling, treats everyone with respect, and works hard to make sure customers leave happy. I witnessed him assist an upset customer who was shouting and frustrated. He remained calm, listened carefully, and resolved the issue professionally. By the end of the conversation, the customer left happy. His excellent customer service and professionalism were truly impressive.

  Aside from the smooth and easy process, Corneille, the manager at the YOW Airport location, added to me and my friend’s fantastic experience. We can’t sing his praises enough! We were shown the utmost professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, even though we were dealing with an unusual situation. Instead of hostility, we were met with numerous solutions and generosity that truly impacted our day, maybe more than Corneille realizes. I wholeheartedly praise this location and its staff, we’ll definitely be returning. It’s rare to encounter such humanity in customer service, but thanks to Corneille, they’ve gained three loyal customers. :)

  Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service was given to us at the Ottawa International Airport location by the manager Cornielle. Such an outstanding manager, deserves a raise, was very accommodating and helpful during a stressful situation. Cornielle was very friendly, understanding and patient. Would definitely come back to see Cornielle. Not enough can even be said to express our gratitude. Thank you Cornielle! Merci 👏

  National ist am Airport Ottawa YOW einfach und schnell zu finden. Nach Ankunft einfach über die Strasse ins Parkade P1. Da am gleichen Counter auch Alamo bedient wird, kann es zum falschen Zeitpunkt zu Wartezeit kommen, da das Service Personal nicht nur pick-up sondern auch drop-off zu bedienen hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und auch bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen, z.B. spezielle Automarke.
