  On July 7th, 2026 I was in Ottawa for my son’s marriage, having driven in from Sarnia, Ontario. I attended the civil service at Ottawa City Hall and upon leaving the underground parking there, a warning came up telling me I had “No Brake Fluid”, which I quickly discovered to be true since it took everything I had, pushing the brake peddle to the floor to get stopped at the top of the garage ramp! Since there was nowhere to safely pull over, being the middle of downtown, I crawled along, white-knuckled, with rush hour traffic for 14 kms. to Nepean, where the celebratory dinner would be later that day. Close-by, I found this Jiffy location, pulled in and approached the counter with my dilemma. I was to return to Sarnia the next morning and had much to do before I left Ottawa. Lorraine, the Service Manager, quickly assured me they would have a look at the trouble and do everything they could to get my F150 safe to drive again. Not only that, I was given a complimentary loaner vehicle to use in the meantime, so that I could accomplish what I needed to that day. Off I went, feeling confident my day hadn’t been highjacked by the unexpected warning light. A short time later, I was informed that there was a bubble in one of the brake hoses which had burst, resulting in the leakage of my brake fluid. I can’t even fathom how worse things would have been if it had happened while I was flying along Hwy 407 across the top of Toronto just the day before! Less than an hour later, I got the call that my truck was ready and I returned to a very reasonably priced emergency repair and safe vehicle! Lorraine and her team helped a stressed-out, damsel in distress with compassion, courtesy and the utmost professionalism and I couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of them! The technician was sympathetic that I had just had the brake pads & callipers replaced less than a month earlier and explained that the brake line bubble should have been easily caught in the post-repair inspection, so he kindly added an explanation of such to my repair invoice so that I could bring it to the attention of my local garage upon return, which I have done. If every auto repair service business was as genuine and caring as this Jiffy location, there would be no distrust in the auto repair industry. Just sayin’.

  Big thanks to Lorraine and her team she took care of me when no one else would your work is appreciated I will return in the future when it’s time for new tires and I recommend them to everyone

  Can't say enough great things about Lorraine the Service Manager and her team. They are fast, efficient and provide very honest feedback and pricing. They are and have been my go to auto service for the past two years for my Dodge Ram. I recently got my brakes changes and oild change with them, and suprisingly they provided me with a loaner car which made the experience even more extraordinary to say the least. Thank you Lorraine and team Jiffy Tire & Lube Express!

  Got my winter tires changed on both my vehicles in a very timely manner. Price was very fair...all the staff very polite and accomodating.
