I went back for an air pressure check on my car because the sensors were detecting that one tire was low, and they fixed it for me no problem. I've been there 4 times since I got my new car, and I'll continue to bring it to these guys.

I unfortunately did not get his name, but I hope management can identify him because he provided exceptional service. During my oil change, he noticed that my coolant cap was missing. He took the time to investigate and found the cap loose underneath the hood. He immediately explained the seriousness of the situation and advised me to have my vehicle checked by Honda as soon as possible to prevent potential damage. His attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to customer safety truly stood out. He could have easily completed the oil change and moved on, but instead he took the extra time to look out for me and my vehicle. Thanks to him, a potentially serious issue was caught before it could lead to major damage and expensive repairs. Thank you for going above and beyond. This is the kind of customer service that builds trust, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism you showed.

I usually go to another location since it's closer to my place but I was out and about today and stopped here. I could tell they were short staffed and the 2 gentlemen that helped me were fantastic despite that. Was in and out rather quickly and the guys were super helpful and friendly.
