  By far the best experience I've ever had renting a vehicle (and at 70 years old I've rented quite a few). I booked a cargo van online, and the check-in process was so smooth. The agent was personable, polite and accommodating, and he clearly explained all details. There were no surprise additional fees, free parking, and a 24 hour dropoff provision. The day after I received a confirmation phone call confirming the charges to make sure that all was OK at my end. Excellent business. Highly recommended.

  Staff person was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He then took us to the vehicle, described it's features, wished us well and we were on our way for the day. The cargo van did the job and we took advantage of the after hours drop off. The same staff person emailed the receipt the next day and all was in order. He called to follow-up as well. Highly recommend!

  Wow. Fast, friendly service by people who know what they’re doing. AND they still had inventory on a hot July day when the car rental locations were sold out. Cargo vans are great. MUCH more space than an SUV or a pickup. MUCH more. And cheaper too, if you’re just moving stuff locally or taking junk out to Trail Rd. They’re harder to park and turn - tight spaces are best avoided - but the Ford I rented had an excellent backup camera with a huge screen that worked well after dark too. Also, if you’re not covered by your own insurance, they can sell you $0 deductible, so peace of mind and more relaxed returns. I wish I’d tried these guys three months ago.
