  The location we rented from was incredibly disorganized and very poorly laid out. One person (who was wonderful, none of this review reflects the service we received from her) was responsible for checking people in and would then leave the building to take customers individually down to the parking garage. She would be gone about 5 minutes, come back and then repeat the process. When we were finally taken downstairs we were told that we needed to wait while they finished detailing our car… which we had reserved well in advance. We watched as the walk in customer ahead of us (she had been sent by a mechanic to pick up a rental for a single day as her car was in the shop) was given the full sized sedan we had specifically reserved to have enough space to comfortably drive passengers during our visit. While we were eventually refunded the difference in cost this did not make up for the fact that we had specifically rented a particular size vehicle and were not provided with it, which had an impact on our entire trip. It was clear that the location had more reservations than vehicles as someone else was waiting for another small car to be detailed and we were already running late (spent 1.5 hours waiting to get our car) so we chose to take the vehicle we were provided vs waiting another hour or more while they waited for another vehicle to be returned and detailed. The vehicle was given to us still wet so we were unable to view any pre-existing damage which caused concern through the duration of our vacation as we were unsure if we would have to fight any charges for the damage we discovered when we first stopped. We were also already on the highway when we discovered something that appeared to be dried blood on the ceiling of the car. It was quite frankly disgusting. The vehicle we were provided also did not have a full tank of gas when we received it. We paid a significant premium to rent from a reputable company such as Enterprise to avoid issues such as these. Next time we will likely choose to pay 50% less and rent from Routes or Turo as there doesn’t seem to be any value in going with a formerly reputable company.

  Added fuel charge even after returning car with same level as received. Called multiple times to investigate no reply from them. Apart from that my reservation was delayed by 3 hours on the day of pickup and no compensation was provided by the manager. PS: Updating the review after speaking to the manager, thank you for looking into this.

  Highly recommend this location 🌷. I had such a wonderful experience with Gabriel at Enterprise Rent-A-Car downtown. Genuine kindness and exceptional customer service are rare to find but Gabriel truly went above and beyond. He even stayed after closing time to make sure my rental was finalized and everything was taken care of properly. You can tell when someone works with sincerity, care, and kindness toward people. His positive attitude and willingness to help genuinely made a stressful day so much easier. Thank you again for the outstanding service — people like Gabriel leave a lasting impression 🌷
