Excellent customer service by Brad the management trainee. He has a bright future ahead of him. There was a small problem with the rental car and he went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely return.

I had such a terrific experience with Enterprise recently. My car was bumped on the street and had to go in for service. Enterprise took care of all of the details without any hostile on my end. I got a great car and great service.

I just needed a basic car to tide me over while my car was in the shop. There wasn't one at that moment so they gave me an upgrade for a good price. I really appreciate that kind of service. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast at the lapperierre location. Thanks guys!
