  We rented a car to go to Toronto for our sons wedding. We were greeted by a nice young lady named Reid. She was super helpful as we had to go there before the pick up date to book a 10 seater. When we picked up we were once again greeted by Reid who helped us as the vehicle we requested wasn't available due to circumstances beyond their control. They found us another vehicle that was even better and more roomy !!! All around their team was awesome ! We would for sure use them again A+ customer service !

  Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else then with them. They are quick to make up damage claims.

  I absolutely love this Enterprise location! I’ve rented luxury vehicles here a few times for spontaneous road trips because, let’s be honest, why put extra kilometres on my own car when I can cruise around in someone else’s? It’s basically self-care… with a full tank of gas. Every experience has been amazing. The cars are spotless, the service is quick, and the staff are always friendly and make the whole process effortless. A huge shoutout to Nick, who deserves a raise. I somehow managed to leave my driver’s licence in one of the rentals and didn’t even realize it was gone. Before I could have a full-blown “where’s my entire identity?” meltdown Nick went out of his way to bring it back to me. That’s customer service you just don’t see anymore. Amazing team, awesome cars, and consistently five-star service. I’ll definitely keep coming back… mostly because my own car deserves a break too

  I really don’t know where to start, this has to be the absolute worst experience of my life, about a month a ago I got into a car crash and I had an SUV so the my insurance company told me that enterprise is supposed to give me a car same size or similar and once I got there it was a chubby middle eastern guy and a white guy with curls they both looked young and unprofessional they tried to give me a Toyota Corolla in which had to be the cheapest car in the shop and then they gave me a Mazda 3 sedan as an upgrade in which is still not the the same size as an SUV or similar, they gave me a half broken key to the Mazda 3 and it’s a push to start so once I got home I tried to turn on the car but it said key not detected so I had to uber back to the shop and complain to them again. And then I told them that I’m going to be taking it up with their management and that’s when they gave me the SUV but the key to get in an out had a dying battery and then they made me come back to change it and gave me back jus the fob key without the actual key to unlock the car with in case of an emergency and it was highly frustrating having to go back and forth on the same day in which I got into a collision, this process took about 2 hours. I get a call back a week later saying that they need me to bring in the car for a recall of the tires in which made no sense because I looked up the vin number and there was no recalls whatsoever, this was a very frustrating and embarrassing experience especially for an enterprise, I will never be dealing with this company again, the 1615 Laperriere location in Ottawa Ontario has a bunch of kids running it with no management on sight, if you’re looking for actually a good experience you should definitely go somewhere else.
