Very terrible customer service . We had a reservation number and we were ready for a pickup, but the agent was not helpful at all or professional. We went again on the website and saw that there were so many other options. But he was lying about having cars on the lot that could be rented. He also didn't want to help out at all. By using the same confirmation number in other locations, he was very rude. We usually rent cars from this location, but he made us go to another company altogether. Because of his unprofessional behavior if you have a reservation, and you have the confirmation number for it, do not trust this location

I had reservation for a 6-seater car at this branch and received a confirmation, but when I arrived at this location, the staff at the counter told me they only had 5-seater cars available. His explanation was not convincing, and his communication was unprofessional. A very disappointing experience.
