  Amazing staff. I booked last minute, then I had to change my booking and use fewer days after I picked it up. They solved it instantly and made me incredibly impressed. 10/10 people here.

  I booked a rental car from the Enterprise location on Prince of Wales for August 17. When I made the reservation online the night before, the website showed several vehicle options available and allowed me to complete the booking. The next morning, I called the location to request pickup and was surprised that the staff did not even seem to be aware of my reservation. I was told that because it was a last-minute booking, they did not have the vehicle available. I explained that this was not the first time I had experienced this issue with this location and that I was frustrated with the reliability of their reservation system. I asked to speak with the manager and was left on hold for approximately 10 minutes before eventually hanging up and calling back. When I spoke with the manager, I explained that I had booked and expected the full rental service. What was especially frustrating was that no real solution was offered, including offering me a smaller vehicle, even though another staff member had indicated that smaller vehicles were available at the time. I told the manager that I found the service to be very unreliable. She then told me that she would have to end the call because she would not tolerate “verbal abuse.” I want to be very clear that I did not use any abusive, insulting, threatening, or inappropriate language. The strongest thing I said was that the service was “very unreliable.” She then hung up on me. I understand that vehicle availability can sometimes change, especially with a last-minute reservation. However, if Enterprise’s website allows a customer to reserve from several available vehicle options, the location should either honour the reservation or make a reasonable effort to provide an alternative. More importantly, a customer should be able to express legitimate frustration about poor service without being accused of verbal abuse and having the call terminated. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, particularly because this was not my first issue with reservations at this location
