  They canceled my reservation last minute because my card declined twice when I’m about to check out. I asked if i can try a third time they said no Its impossible. Went to avis they took me right away!

  The issue started when I visited your branch at 1430 Youville Dr, Orleans. I was explicitly told to come back the next day because a vehicle would be ready. When I returned the following morning, I was told there was still no car available. Instead of resolving the issue internally, your staff member misinformed me, claiming they had "arranged everything" and that a vehicle was waiting for me at the main center. Trusting their word, I drove 35 kilometers to the main center, only to be turned away again and told to go back to the Orleans branch. In total, I was bounced back and forth between branches over a two-day period. Even this morning, I visited both locations as instructed, and both branches failed to provide me with a vehicle. This total lack of organization and false promises resulted in hours of wasted time, extreme frustration, and nearly $75 out of my own pocket just for useless fuel expenses—all for absolutely nothing. This is not how customer service should operate. I expect a serious explanation for this failure, accountability for the false information provided by your staff, and a resolution for the financial and logistical stress this has caused me. I look forward to your prompt response.
