  Recently had my car repaired at Assured Automotive, 19 Stafford Rd., Ottawa. My experience was very positive. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to particularly mention Andy. His communication skills are first rate. He contacted me every few days while my car was in the shop to go over what had been done and when the car would be ready. I would also like to mention Brandon R., Body Tech. He did a really good job on the repair. My car is a 2015 Ford Fiesta and now looks brand new. Brandon did an outstanding job replacing a door and covering the scratches from the accident. Assured Auto is not where you want to go often, but I recommend them if you need their service. Thank you Andy and Brandon!

  Ricky is SO helpful and kind. I called about an odd water leak in my car. He invited me to drop by the shop right away and talked with me for 10 minutes. He listened carefully to my situation, asked good questions, inspected a few things, ultimately determining (as I suspected) that the issue is likely a hole in my floor. Turns out that's a mechanic problem, not a body shop problem, so unfortunately I'll need to go elsewhere for the solution. No charge at all for his time. The experience was so positive that I *almost* want to require Assured's services (though that usually involves having a car crash so maybe we'll avoid that for now!)

  We had an excellent experience at Assured Concordia West. Big thank you to Sam who was very professional and caring. We were kept informed about the progress of our repair until it was completed. We were very happy with the service and the repair - thank you!

  I used this collision center to have my vehicle repaired after being rear ended at 70km/h. Insurance decided to move forward with repairs and I chose this location out of the list given. I had the pleasure of being connected with an estimator Sam. She was phenomenal. From start to finish, my experience with her was amazing. She dealt with my laundry list of questions and concerns easily. She kept me up to date regularly and ensured the vehicle was repaired beyond my expectations. I would rate this experience a 12/10 if I could! If you're ever in a collision and need your vehicle repaired, reach out to this garage and ask for Sam. She made this entire experience stress free and was a pleasure to work with. One of the best service reps I have met.

  Incredible service from start to finish! The whole team there including Andy, Ricky, Kyle (just to name a few) went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. I was kept up to date on progress and was treated with impeccable customer service anytime I had to call or go into the office. And the repair crew did such an amazing job on the vehicle! Our car looked brand new when finished, the paint job was fantastic and matched perfectly! Thank you for the amazing service, highly recommended repair shop if you need one! Thanks for everything!
