  They had my Bronco in there for some front end repairs and these folks are awesome!! They kept me updated every few days, took care of all the reprogramming, explained in detail what was going to be done and had it finished earlier than expected the Bronco came back running perfectly, paint was an exact match, they washed it and the interior was even cleaned. My biggest thanks to Jeremy and Britney for walking me through the process. They were truly professional, easy to deal with, put everything in layman’s terms and went above and beyond for me. I strongly recommend Assured with a full 5 stars. Thanks for everything.

  Great customer service. In my case it was about damage from an break-in attempt. They communicate with you at each step of the process, they deal with the insurance (they are on your side, clearly), they are very thorough and they work very diligently.

  I had some warranty work done by assured for a VW , It doesnt look like they did a complete and throrough job as after only 18 months this is what it looks like . And they wont re-address the issue as VW will not authorise any more re-work in that area
