  Mon pare choc avait besoin d etre changé. Bonne communication, patients, travaux conformes, voiture récupérée toute propre intérieur et extérieur. Je n'espère pas y retourner, mais ce fut une expérience satisfaisante!

  Was paying for body work and they were using parts that were $100s of dollars more expensive than if they bought the parts from Tony Graham Lexus Online. They said they didn’t have an account with them to order and I said I will order them for you. They didn’t want to do that they wanted to charge me List price for parts not what the actual cost was. Quite the scam to pad the bill for insurance companies. That is why insurance keeps going up. Scammers cost all of us! Gave you the last to copies of the bill. You refused to talk then but just making sure others know where to look elsewhere. TY

  I had a fantastic time working with them! I was involved in a fender bender and was directed to them via my insurance, and the whole experience was very smooth and easy. When they estimated the damage they were clear to point out what areas would need repair so I understood, and then they kept me in the loop regarding timelines as we waited for parts to arrive. They got the work done even quicker than they had estimated for me, and when I picked it up they walked through the repairs and showed me anything that would be noticeably different due to after market parts so that I was up to date on all the changes. All in all, I highly recommend them. Such a great experience in an otherwise crappy situation!
