  Excellent experience with Enterprise in Oshawa! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Everything was smooth and easy, and they made the rental process completely stress-free. A special shout-out to Jaden, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Jaden was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. Great customer service — I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again!

  We rented a car from this location. I never had the this experience before renting a car from this location. OMG people work there are the best, amazing and helpful. I really got a good deal. I highly recommended this place. If someone is looking for best Customer service now you know where to go.

  I want to share my own experience with renting a car from this branch. While I have to acknowledge that the staff were friendly and helpful, there were several things about my experience that were disappointing. i witnessed an interaction with the branch manager and a customer I found him to be unnecessarily argumentative and, in my opinion, not very professional in the way he handled the situation. Customer service should be about listening and resolving concerns, rather than making the customer feel like they are arguing with management. I was also disappointed with the selection of luxury vehicles. If you are specifically looking for something like a Mercedes-Benz GLC, BMW or another newer luxury vehicle they don't seem to have a good inventory of those kind of cars and the branch is very busy with customers. so why not take advantage of the patronage? Another major concern was the Nissan Kicks. The vehicles I saw on the lot appeared significantly OLDER than the pictures being used on the company’s app/website. This created a mismatch between what I expected and what was actually available. I found this misleading and believe customers should be shown accurate, current pictures of the vehicles they are actually renting. Despite these concerns, I will say that the other staff especially the dark tall guy CJ was generally friendly and helpful, and I definitely would consider renting from this branch again .
