We booked a “mid-size” SUV, and ended up with a Subaru Forester which we consider to be more of a “compact” SUV….it had less cargo capacity than our Honda CRV and uncomfortable seating. Never trust a corporation I guess.
- JMJason MendozaAug 5, 20263.0Overall, my experience was average, but there were a couple of disappointing issues. My vehicle is a seven-seater and was in the shop for an insurance repair. Unfortunately, Enterprise was only able to provide me with a five-seater replacement, which wasn’t ideal for my family’s needs. I also had difficulty getting a clear answer about using Highway 407. My transponder was in my own vehicle, so I contacted head office to find out how tolls would be handled with the rental. Despite several attempts, I couldn’t get a straight answer, which was frustrating. That said, I want to give a special shout-out to Callum. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and even drove me to the body shop to pick up my repaired vehicle. He went above and beyond, and he deserves five stars for the way he looked after me. The overall experience had some shortcomings, but Callum’s excellent service definitely made a positive impression.
