The gentleman drive me home which was nice an we had a great chat. Gotta say all the staff was amazing a loved the discount as well ,such a positive atmosphere going into that business I highly recommend this place for any rentals. Thank you so much for everything you did to help me out too. Ty to all the staff.😊
- BAB AJun 22, 20262.0Not happy about the service from this location, south Oshawa. My full size pickup truck needed body work from a hit and run. They supplied me with a ford escape, a small noisy suv. I was told they didn't have a comparable vehicle. They had all been recalled? I complained to there head office and was told the branch manager would call the next day, no call. They also told me if I could find one at one of their locations I could swap it out, I found at the north location, the fellow there said he wouldn't swap it. More poor customer service. I went to the south location, I told the manager there what I found, she gave me attitude. After a bit she found a comparable truck, (imagine my surprise) I had to drive to Ajax to get it. Seems to me, Enterprise never looked for a comparable truck. They went from not having any full size pickup trucks, to having 2, on the same day.
