  NO PICTURES NEEDED! A fewn days ago I calledand booked for a compact SUV. All I needed was a few hours to go to Vaughan dealership to pick up winter tires return to the shop and return the car a few hours later. Let me say this, I was very impressed by all the employees manners and the service was impeccable. They picked me up at the garage down the road and actually drove me to the other Enterprise outlet to get the SUV since the Bloor office did not have one. I even just returned the SUV back to Bloor. The price was right and they understood that I only needed it for a pick up... Both Great Enterprise Outlets.. Great Personnel

  I was very pleased with my car rental experience at Enterprise. It only took a few moments to be set up and price explained. When I returned the vehicle, I was immediately shuttled to pick up my own car. Great experience and I highly recommend Enterprise!

  The staff at Bloor Oshawa location is professional and really puts the customer needs ahead of everything.. we were given a newer vehicle, however, the oil change msg came up a day into our 10 day rental. We called Enterprise in Charlottetown and directed to Take 5 to get it done.. we did it as a precaution. We did not expect to be compensated upon returning the vehicle.. we were truly happy with the whole experience..and staff

  Waited on hold for 45mins to speak to someone and they hung up on my because I took 3 seconds to take my phone off speaker when someone picked up.

  Not a great experience at all. Arrived on time to pick up my rental only to find out its being cleaned. Waited for over 25 mins. Then realized the car wasn't even cleaned. Someone half ass their job. Funny thing is the phone automated service kept saying how they especially clean and sanitze the cars. So tried over 1 week now to change the car. Called almost every 2 days to wait over 30 mins on the phone each time. The agents would randomly come on and say "enterprise please hold" and there goes another 20 mins. Seems like they just wanted to reset the hold time without realizing I've been waiting for the last 45 mins. They finally answer the phone and 0 assistance was provided. So much for valuable customer. Will not be going here ever again! Been waiting on there switch board as well and no call back nothing. What's the point of that board then?
